What other women out there can't lose weight despite healthy diet and exercise? - healthy foods magazine

I have everything, what were the doctors, nutritionists, magazines and websites recommended to get in shape and is simply unnecessary. I need to lose about 30 pounds heavier. I lost 14 pounds since 1 January. The 14 pounds in 9 months. I have diets low in calories with healthier foods and drinking water by the gallon, prepared food 5x/week- aerobics with weights, in addition to "Parking and far up the stairs" and "taking 10,000 steps a day small meals and drink tea. I tried to Increase the calories by using the instructions in the body "in the way" stavate logic. I had my thyroid tests, including including TSH, T3 and T4. I have been tested for the problems of sugar in the blood. If there is anyone who has followed the accepted philosophies, get in shape and did not work (if so, you have to find something that does not work)? Nobody thinks that there is more weight loss that doctors throw out about calories in calories?

I am also trying to lose weight. go to the gym religiously and teachers at any time I need it to ask. I eat sodium, low noise, low-calorie, low fat, high protein foods. What must I do to lose weight? No. I am not one of those women who believe they are overweight, but really fit and do not go. I am really overweight. although I am overweight, my doctor says I am on the following healthy lifestyle. Constantly reminds me that years to complete in order to lose weight and can take years, too.

I hold no advice for you if you. Imagine if in this way ... lost 14 pounds in 9 months has. or 56 pounds in 3 years! I have the weight of 5 to 10 pounds per year and can go so fast ... But win or lose, every pound counts!

hehe * raises hand * Yes, I'm a martial artist and I am an average weight of many muscles, even if they have to eat tons of food, I usually a book, although I only something that has not lost a pound, I remain very strict scedual to exersize. approximately 90 minutes of high intensity heart. weird eh?

Nevertheless, I am satisfied with myself

Sad to say, is the story with many people. I think it needs to focus on an ideal weight and the daily photo and decide to "see" in size and weight, how to make your way through routine. I learned that since the "secret".
